I have a holistic view to therapy. One's physical and mental wellbeing are tied together. Every client has the strength to be whole. I work as a coach to help the client work thru those issues and concerns that are stopping their growth. The client determines the agenda and how many sessions as needed. I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist. I also have vast experience working with psychosis and mood disorders. As well as personal issues such as grieving and loss.
