Hello, I'm Keith Tanenbaum, M.S.W. is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing virtual telehealth psychotherapy in the Lake Tahoe area. I use a holistic, client centered, strength-based approach that incorporates CBT, recreation, and mindfulness based therapies. I am EMDR trained and have experience working with complex trauma and grief. As a psychotherapist, I specialize in supporting individuals who are coping with grief, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I understand how overwhelming and isolating these experiences can feel, and my goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can share your story without judgment.
