I have a passion for holistic wellness of mind, body and Spirit in the lives of others. My therapeutic endeavors are focused on individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families who are presently suffering from substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, grief, self esteem, sexual orientation issues and a wide array of life circumstances. As a seasoned psychotherapist, I blend compassion, intellectual insights, current research, and psychological awareness to create sacred spaces in which empowerment and hope may flourish.
