I view each person or family I work with as individuals and incorporate how relationships and environment impact daily functioning. The priority in treatment is supporting you to increase self-care, self-love, and guide you towards wellness and healing. As a LMFT I have had the opportunity to work with a myriad of mental health needs focusing on anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life stage changes, and the LGBT+ community.
