I became a psychologist because I’ve always been curious—about myself, others, and the deeper layers of what it means to be human. That curiosity has led me to live in different cities and work with people from a range of backgrounds and experiences. I have found therapy to be like walking through a museum of our lives—some rooms are beautiful, some are painful, but all are worth exploring with care and presence. In session, I value showing up as my authentic self and building a real connection— I believe that’s where healing starts. Outside of session I'm usually gardening, walking my dog, making art, or with friends and family.
