Hello, I’m Kelley, and I want to help find the authentic you! My clients are often sensitive, resilient, and creative individuals who feel stuck, exhausted, hurt, or frustrated in their relationships and within themselves. Using a Narrative Therapy framework, I strive to understand each client's unique story. The question I ask is not "What is wrong with you?" but "What has happened to you?" My approach is grounded in a systems perspective, offering a non-pathologizing, compassionate view that acknowledges the profound impact of trauma and/or systemic oppression on an individual’s health and well-being. My aim is to create a safe space for healing, where clients are seen as unique individuals rather than as disorders or problems to solve. I believe that while we are shaped by time, circumstance, and history, we are always much more than any one of these.
