I am passionate about partnering with individuals seeking to find that wisdom and their own unique strengths that will allow them to make the changes they hope to see in their lives. Through learning to respond to our own emotional and physical needs, we can change how we interact with others and the world around us. While there is no way to eliminate painful circumstances from our past, within relationships there are opportunities for healing and reparative experiences.
