I focus on my client's strengths and resources, as well as the things that they are currently doing right as a way of enhancing and developing ways to face up to the changes and challenges that bring them to therapy. In my work woth couples, I help them to navigate different issues such as infidelity, remarriage, loneliness and distance. I also work with individuals with issues of depression, anxiety, stress and PTSD. I also specialize in work with children with special needs, divorce, bereavement, abuse, anger issues, anxiety and trauma.
