My hope for my clients is to find the peace and inner resolve they are seeking. I assist by helping you identify your current strengths, teaching new skills, and providing a safe space for you to just be yourself. I will partner with you to find the tools that work best for your situation. Together, we will set realistic goals, devise a plan, and work towards what is most important to you. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, addiction, grief & loss, relationship turmoil, social conflict, mood issues or other concerns, we can face the challenge together and build a "toolbox" of the right skills that is always within reach. I also utilize play therapy for my child clients and incorporate music and art whenever a client relates well with those mediums.
