Hello there. So, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, seasoned coach, and a Level 3 Gottman Couples & Relationship therapist. I am also a former professional comedian, and a serious behavioral science nerd, and when I mix scientific theories, strategies and tools, 10 years of experience, and, a dash of humor, I've found this to be a powerfully effective, healing combo platter. As a psychotherapist, I help my clients find meaningful careers, embark on exciting adventures, heal old wounds, and master the art of emotional regulation. As a Couples/Relationship Counselor I help clients master rockstar communication, repairing fights, deepening intimate connection, & cultivating creativity & playfulness in all of their relationships.
