I enjoy working with issues related to anxiety, trauma and complex trauma, self-worth, and spirituality. If you are reconstructing your worldview, unlearning harmful ways of thinking, or relearning how to form healthy relationships, we might work well together. While I can provide brief or targeted intervention (which is a perfectly fine goal!), my favorite work happens when people are wanting to dive deep and gain insight into their own behaviors.
