With over 20 years of clinical experience, I love helping youth and adults add ‘tools to the toolbox’ to manage emotions and deal with life’s curveballs. I have a broad skillset in building rapport and trust across a diverse range of clients, with a strong focus on children 8+, adolescents, and younger adults. I support and treat clients dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment & life transitions, relationship issues, behavioral issues, school or work difficulties, and problems with emotional regulation. I also enjoy guiding parents through the challenges of raising children and navigating different ages and stages.
