About

I have specialized in relational trauma for years and I believe in the power of connection. I am dedicated to helping my clients feel confident in relationships with people who make them feel safe. I decided to become a therapist after the Columbine shooting occured. I was deeply saddened by that act of violence among students and left my job in advertising 20 years ago to complete my master’s degree in psychology. Something about me that is unique is that I have close friendships for 35 years and I continuously seek and value new friendships and connection.
