I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who has been licensed for 24 years. My emphasis is on assisting people with growing emotionally and spiritually. I believe In integrating body mind and spirit for the most successful results. I am an insight-oriented therapist who frequently uses a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. In addition, I am a certified life coach as well as a level two Reiki practitioner. Most of my clientele come to me to resolve family-of-origin issues, depression, and anxiety.
