I specialize in working with complex and attachment trauma using EMDR and ego-state therapies. I also provide affirming support for gender exploration and identity-related concerns. I am anti-racist, anti-colonist, feminist, and an LGBTQIA+ ally. I try to create an inclusive and welcoming space for all identities. I also recognize that I am not in the expert in your life, YOU are. I offer both telehealth (NY state only) and in person sessions in West Seneca, NY. I typically use an eclectic mix of interventions to best meet the person's individual needs. Therapy can and should be fun at times. I'm also very flexible - I believe people know themselves best and we can collaborate on an effective treatment plan together.
