One of my favorite quotes is, “Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a battle that you know nothing about.” No one gets through life without their heart being shattered or broken in some way. Sometimes we create our own messes, but many times our wounds come from others. Our pain often lies to us, causing us to lose hope because we can’t find a way out of our suffering. I long to provide a safe place where we can journey into the mess together to uncover the hurt that keeps you from embracing your unique identity, seeing your true worth, and finding hope and healing.
