The clients I see are seeking a safe and non-judgmental space for questioning and exploring identity development, and even identity reinvention, from teen years and young adulthood across the lifespan. They are looking for support through challenges with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, learning new self-regulation techniques, and healing from trauma and/or addictions. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for treatment resistant depression and trauma.
