My practice is client based and I use Mindfulness and Spirituality to help you find meaning and purpose in life. I excel in the treatment of trauma and have many modalities to suit each person's needs to help them achieve a place of peace within the current of life. I offer Spiritual group therapy/classes of a safe space to explore all things Spiritual. No person or Spiritual practice will be excluded. Confidentiality is upheld by the group.
