Do you feel hardened by past psychic wounds, acting out of pain or fear? If you are ready to stop feeling fractured and begin the journey toward wholeness, I offer an invitation to dive into the adventure of the revealing Self. Trained by Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur, we will approach healing through the Compassionate Inquiry process by bringing awareness to all parts of ourselves. When we witness these parts with compassion, we become liberated and restored to our True Nature. As we become more present and connected with ourselves, there is safety and space for authentic expression through our body, psyche, life, and community. I specialize in Complex Trauma; a psychic wound that hardens you psychologically and then interferes with your ability to grow and develop. This is often revealed through symptoms of depression, anxiety, and addiction. Our emotions are not tangential to our health. They are a signaling intelligence that can alert us to all sorts of phenomenon.
