As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer a systemic and trauma informed lens that takes into account all the systems in which we live, and by which we have been informed, molded, and taught. The relational patterns we find ourselves in that are no longer working for us can be examined compassionately and changed from within if we are willing to be courageous and kind to ourselves. I use a combination of somatic modalities and interventions such as Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) as I work with adults and couples who are going through a variety of life transitions and relational struggles.
