I specialize in providing therapy to adult clients who are struggling with anxiety, relational issues, trauma, and/or substance abuse. Many of my clients share about being stuck in an unhealthy pattern, feeling lost, or stuck. Together we can uncover what is underneath your struggles and address what we find. Facing underlying trauma while concurrently looking at the presenting issues is what I do.
