Hi, I’m a counselor-in-training who believes therapy can be a space of deep healing, curiosity, and growth. I’m passionate about supporting women and members of the LGBTQIA+ community as they navigate life transitions, relationships, identity, and self-acceptance. My goal is to offer a warm, affirming space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment—and begin to reconnect with your body, your values, and your sense of self.
