I have extensive experience working with teenage and young adult populations; I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings and am very familiar with the needs facing teenage and young adult populations. Given my experience, I have developed a therapeutic approach that aligns with the needs of these populations; I pride myself on a non-traditional approach to therapy, and focus primarily on meeting my clients where they are. I value providing a safe, comfortable space for teens and young adults to be themselves. I have always found that mental health is as important as physical health and should be treated as such.
