Hello, and welcome. I support clients in unraveling anxiety, healing old wounds, and finding steadiness through life’s shifts. I offer a calm, supportive space for you to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Guided by Internal Family Systems, I will walk beside you to create space for the parts of you that are ready to be seen, understood, and empowered. Inspired by the words, “I will walk with you through the darkness as you remember your light,” I see therapy as a journey we take together—one where I walk beside you, not as a rescuer, but as a companion and witness to your unfolding. My approach is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Therapy, honoring both the wisdom of your inner parts and the intelligence of your body. I believe that each part of us—even the ones that carry pain—has a story to tell and a role to play in our healing.
