With more than a decade of experience as a Marriage & Family Therapist, I consider it an honor to journey with my clients through difficult seasons in life. For many of the clients I meet with, these difficulties include depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship concerns such as infidelity, and struggles with emotional and physical intimacy, communication and conflict resolution. I use a collaborative and client-centered approach as I help my clients find peace, connection, and greater fulfillment in their lives and relationships.
