We all carry fears, insecurities, and stories we’re not always proud to share. I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to explore those vulnerable places with compassion, not judgment. My role is to offer that safety: a grounded, attuned presence where clients can begin to understand themselves more fully and move toward meaningful change. I work primarily with adults (18+)—individuals, families, and couples—who are navigating a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, family and relationship concerns.
