Do you feel like you’re just going through the motions? Maybe on the surface things look ok, but deep down you’ve felt anxious and down for a long time. You want balance and peace in your life, but wonder what that even means. You know something needs to change but feel overwhelmed. That’s where I come in. I’m here to partner with you so you don’t have to hold everything on your own. I work with adults as they navigate troubling relationships, codependency, and parenting challenges. I also offer couples therapy and support all stages of a relationship as a Level 2 Gottman trained therapist.
