I have experience in working with individuals suffering from PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, difficulties in relationships or in school. I also have experience working with couples, families, and running therapy groups. My approach to therapy is holistic in nature, where I practice many modalities to meet the needs of the individuals I serve. I offer a safe space where individuals feel heard and respected. I work hand in hand with my clients to create achievable goals in acceptable time frames. My goal is always to make the client feel stronger in themselves from what they take away from our time together.
