I enjoy working one-on-one with children and adults, and with families, teaching them to communicate in healthier ways, learn to cope with stressors, and break destructive patterns. I have worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, oppositional defiant disorder, PTSD, and numerous individuals struggling to adapt to life changes. My goal is to help you meet your goals to find healthy balance in daily life and relationships. I work with survivors of domestic violence, through the local domestic violence support agency. I want to help you work through your traumas to find you again. LGBTQ+ welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor with 15 years of counseling experience. Working to certify in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Alternatives for Family: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
