My approach is trauma-informed, anti-racist, fat-positive, and affirming of LGBTQIA2+ and neurodivergent experiences.I support clients in reconnecting with their bodies, exploring sexual health and intimacy concerns, processing medical or reproductive challenges, and unlearning beliefs tied to productivity, perfectionism, or oppression.
