We now offer weekend sessions! I believe in people living their best life and being their most authentic self. I believe that everyone has the right to inclusive, competent, weight neutral, and trauma informed mental health care and that's what I focus my practice on. I am an affirming and inclusive therapist who believes in calling out systemic and societal oppression and injustices. While I can't tell you a space is safe I hope that my office can become one for you. I have an inclusive practice and will gladly see anyone seeking services. I often see: People of Color, trauma survivors, & LGBTQIA+ people. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and utilize EMDR & Ego State therapy into my practice. I also utilize the ideologies of Health at Every Size into my practice when treating disordered eating.
