As a counselor serving the community for 28 years, I enjoy working with clients who desire to work as a team. As a team, the counselor/client relationship is most important. It is a mutual respect and motivation to achieve the goals and objectives designed early on in treatment. As your counselor, I am committed to working to my best ability to provide a safe, supportive and encouraging environment and do all I can to help you to achieve your goals. As a client, you commit to your work and appointments. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and couples. My treatment approach is cognitive behavioral as well as EMDR. I have found both of these approaches work to achieve the greatest results with my clients and have seen great progress and relief through even the most difficult issues.
