I partner with individuals, couples and families. I firmly believe that a positive relationship with a therapist can help you lead a more fulfilling life. I help clients to manage grief, depression, anxiety, and stress from transitions. These feelings are expected and can be difficult to manage when you lose a loved one, a relationship, when becoming parents or when having professional challenges. I know the decision to seek support is not an easy one.
