I help individuals and families feel safe, seen, and supported. I believe that every person, whether a child, teen, or adult, has their own unique way of growing, learning, and expressing themselves, and that therapy can be a place where those strengths shine. I work with children as young as four through teens, creating a warm and playful environment where big feelings can be explored and new skills can take root. I support kids navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and other challenges, helping them build confidence, emotional regulation skills, and positive connections at home and school.
