I work with and enjoy a wide variety of clients and consider it a privilege to be trusted and invited into my clients' personal journeys. I have experience helping with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, childhood and adult trauma, emotional and narcissistic abuse, spiritual abuse, and relationship stress. My clients have ranged in age from 14 to 85 and come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. I have personally sought counseling during hard times when I needed some outside help, and it changed my life. I love getting the opportunity to be that little bit of outside help and hope for others.
