Welcome! I'm glad you're here. Life (relationships, family, work, school, illness, and more) can knock us down causing us to feel a variety of emotions: discouraged, depressed, anxious, disappointed, confused, hopeless, not heard and many more. Whatever struggle or conflict you are facing, you are not alone. Life has many stages and transitions, which is normal, but if you're here, you probably don't feel so "normal". Therapy may feel scary, but most of my clients say it has liberating and life changing. I create a space where nothing is off limits, there are no judgements and every emotion is valid. Through my approach and training as an IFS therapist, I will help guide you so you can better understand yourself through a mind and body approach.
