Whether you are a mother experiencing a perinatal mood disorder while desperately trying to hold on; if you are an adult having difficulty reconciling your needs for love and care with what have so far been disappointing and invalidating relationships; whether you feel like you have been anxious and depressed for longer than you can remember; or you struggle for your body to believe what your mind has heard a thousand times - that you are safe and valued and loved - I can help. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I treat perinatal mood disorders, chronic depression & anxiety, interpersonal struggles, & trauma. I work from a wholistic lens, incorporating a thorough understanding of attachment & developmental themes with neuroscience. I use a variety of modalities, including psychodynamic, solution-focused, mindfulness, and EMDR.
