I help clients work towards their goals in a way that aligns with their values by accessing strengths, identifying resources and overcoming challenges. My training, interpersonal skills and cultural awareness have allowed me to foster meaningful relationships with clients of varying cultural identities in a variety of settings including outpatient, inpatient, college clinics and mostly recently telehealth. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NY and working towards becoming a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor. I am also pursuing a doctorate in counseling and counselor education.
