My work with clients focuses on the profound impact our intimate relationships and early life experiences have on our identity, sense of well-being, and how we operate in the world. I love to work with couples and individuals during life transitions, and I strive to be an empathetic and supportive presence. My aim is to help my clients heal, gain insight, and create the lives they desire. I use an attachment-based approach with Emotionally Focused Therapy for my individual work with clients, and the Gottman Method for Couples Work. I honor each client’s courageous journey through therapy with positivity, kindness, and quirkiness.
