Hi there! I’m Kelly (she/her), a therapist-in-training with a passion for supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, and depressive disorders. I’m currently in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Florida State University, where I also contributed to research on sense of belonging and eating disorders in LGBTQ+ communities. Before grad school, I worked as a Psychiatric Associate on an adult inpatient unit and supported neurodivergent children as a behavior technician, experiences that deepened my commitment to providing grounded, compassionate care.
