With over 25 years of experience understanding the thread of developmental trauma, I work to connect this thread, undo it the way it started, and re-thread the needle of a new path. Developmental trauma threads can begin from two and last through ninety years of age. These threads can include life events, years of abuse, suicidal thought/behavior, cultural, political, racial, and sexual trauma to name just a few. Genetics and environmental interactions can cause physical and mental health misdiagnosis over time creating it's own trauma. I offer an approach that supports connecting understanding with solutions.
