As a compassionate, LGBTQ+ affirming, and dedicated counselor, I specialize in helping teenage and young adolescent females (16+) navigate the complex challenges of trauma, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). With a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological struggles that many young women face today, I provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences and begin the healing process. With a trauma-informed approach, I work collaboratively with each client to identify their unique needs and help them build resilience, coping strategies, and a sense of self-worth. My work is grounded in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness practices, tailored specifically to address the distinct concerns of young females.
