I provide a safe and supportive space for my adult and adolescent clients to explore and work through the conflicts, concerns, and struggles that bring them to therapy. I believe every client has a set of skills and strengths that therapy can help to identify and build upon. Therapy focuses on uncovering underlying issues and thought patterns that may be negatively impacting the client's life. I also provide parent support to parents of adolescents who want to strengthen the relationship with their child/better understand their child's developmental needs.
