I specialize in anxiety and trauma, I treat a significant amount of workers in the field of healthcare, education and first responders. I have been practicing for over 25 years and find that cognitive behavioral therapy is an important aspect of treatment. During this type of counseling we will identify your negative, self defeating thoughts and patterns, and "rewrite" your story. I'm also a former adjunct professor at Palm Beach State College.
