Everyone deserves a safe person in their life. Someone who won't judge them for not making the right choices all the time. Unfortunately, we don't always get that in our life. That is where I come in. Whether you're a preteen trying to figure out life or an adult just trying to hold on another day, I see you and you're not alone. Clients always deserve their own ally, cheerleader, coach, or just simply someone to take the time and listen. I am here for what you need. I am licensed in both IL and MS. My role is to empower clients to uncover their strengths, develop coping skills, and achieve meaningful growth. Whether navigating through life's transitions, healing from past trauma, or simply improving oneself, I am committed to walking beside my clients with understanding, empathy, and respect.
