I provide therapy with individuals, couples, and families surrounding a variety of issues including but not limited to communication and relationship dynamics, stress management, depression, anxiety, and anger as well as grief and loss, substance use, eating disorders, and educational and occupational challenges. Being present with a client in his or her journey through life is my greatest honor and I strive to meet my clients where they are at the time and help them take steps towards their goals in achieving health, happiness, and overall life fulfillment.
