Hi! I'm Kelly - a New York-based Licensed Mental Health Counselor and owner of Home Talk Therapy. I specialize in helping adults and older adolescents navigate difficult life transitions, process stress, and find balance from overwhelm. I also support clients experiencing creative blocks, burnout, and stalled motivation. As an individual and group counselor I have worked independently in private practice, for colleges and universities, and for community organizations.
