I am a graduate of Grand Valley State University with degrees in Literature, Psychology, and Social Work. I am also a person living with mental illness and a person in recovery. My lived experience allows me to meet others with deep empathy, honesty, and care. I know how isolating pain can feel, and how meaningful it is to be met without judgment. Together, we can explore what healing looks like for you, at your own pace. If you choose to work with me, my hope is to offer a safe, compassionate, and hope-filled space where you feel seen, supported, and never alone.
