The past few years have been difficult, and children, adolescents, and young adults have especially been struggling to cope. Now more than ever, it is important that we support their mental and emotional health and assist them with building the necessary skills to cope with stressors. If you have noticed a change in your child, whether that be emotionally or behaviorally, and are looking for a therapist to work with you and your child, look no further! I am currently accepting clients ages 6 and up to assist with navigating emotional and behavioral issues that may be occurring.
