I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children in a variety of settings. My work is grounded in the belief that gaining insight is the path to lasting change. Psychodynamic work takes place collaboratively between the therapist and the patient. This relationship becomes the catalyst for emotional growth. My office is a safe space where any topic or idea can be shared without judgement. We will work on understanding the core underlying issues to elicit lasting change. This type of therapy is suited to a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, autism, mood disorders, and many others.
